Clarissa looked at her team as it was the time for Capture the flag. Last month they had Capture the flag, the Red team won. Due to the fact that they had Percy as their newcomer. This time however it would be different. She was placed on the Blue team once again. Which was a good thing because she knew most of the people on the Blue team. One of the people on her team was Leo Valdez. Who had always been a good trusted friend that she could always go to if she needed to talk to someone. Also on her team was her half-brother James. He is also a demi-god, son of Athena and they reside in the same camp and he watches after the camp when she is away on quests with Percy.

One of the main reasons she liked Leo on her team that he could make the person he was attacking laugh before he attacked so they were caught off guard. Also on her team was her friend Piper. Piper, the demigod daughter of Aphrodite. She had always gone to Piper with her concerns and consoled about her relationship and suspicions with Chris. As she was getting sidetracked once again, she heard Leo say, "Are you alright Clarissa?" With a response needed to reassure her troops, she nodded pushing the thoughts out of her head.

One of her flaws is her ADHD and how she couldn't stay on one subject for to long of a period. And she got distracted very easy. Nodding to them she started with the tactical battle plan and made a diagram in the wet sand they were all standing around. They were currently at their base camp for the game by their blue flag so they could plan. She was also sure that Luke was doing the same with Percy and his troops. After her plan was explained she instructed their best fighter, Mark son of Hades to stay and guard the flag. And use what ever means necessary to guard and defend the flag at what ever cost.

With her troops in place she heard the starting horn blow and they started their advance towards the red territory. She was the first over the middle territory and she made her way closer to the Red team's flag. It was only a matter of time. She thought when she was stopped in her tracks by none other than Luke himself. "Well...Speak of the devil"She said as she smirked at him."Are you ready for my sword, Luke?"She asked as she drew her sword out of her sheath and started to advance on him. By blocking his first blow she gained tactical advantage and struck first but her attack was met by a block. She only hopped that her friends and troops were closer to the flag and they would win.
