Naturally she is pale, though her skin has darkened in her days in the sun. Her skin is freckled, though they are light and not particularly outstanding. Her hair is long and a very vivid red. Her eyes vary...Sometimes brown, sometimes blue, sometimes green, sometimes gray...All are colors of nature, and often depend on her mood or the season.========================================

HISTORY:
It appeared as if a new branch was growing on the Aspen tree...It grew slowly for several months, it's shape and apperance becoming mangled and looking almost nothing like a branch as it morphed into a young fire haired nymph named for the tree that bore her. She lived in the forest with sisters and caretakers, Willow and Laurel, the only wood nymphs left here. After several years, Aspen learned why. Monsters...Savage beasts that would come and kill anything in their paths, and even wood nymphs could not be safe from them. Willow and Laurel disappeared, leaving Aspen with instructions to find Camp Half Blood.
Aspen never saw her sisters again, and only later on learned that her sisters had been facing a monster and had instructed her away to spare her life. She grives the loss of them, but celebrates that if they had died, in their place would grow trees, according to their belief. She has settled quite nicely among other sisters she never knew at Camp Half Blood and has enjoyed life there for five years now.========================================
