and it doesn't seem fair...

{that your wicked words would work}
Aphtodite and Ares were at war...and to some that shouldn't have come as much of a surprise...but this time it was different. As much as the two could get along, they disagreed nearly as much. But she couldn't remember the last time things got this bad. They were fighting over their daughter of all things, and at the moment there was no sign of either backing down. Aphrodite personally didn't see what the big deal was...she thought Ares was honestly being a baby. Danna wasn't theist only child, she wasn't his only 'solider.'
This had all started on Earth...when they had come across Danna and Jesse while they were on a date. Now Aphrodite had found it fun at first to mess with the couple, but she had quickly grown bored. Her own fun was honestly more important to her. But of course Ares couldn't leave well enough alone. His hatred for Danna and Jesse had been fine with her...well until he had made things very personal. Mocking love and nearly everything that she stood for...that wasn't okay with her. Now she was determined to stop each and every attempt he mad at sabotaging them.
It had been a few months and honestly she just wished that Ares would give it up...Danna was so much like him...something like love wouldn't make her weak...he jus needed to see that. Of course he was so stubborn, she honestly doubted that he ever would...A sigh escaped Aphrodite's lips as she turned in front of the mirror...Examining her reflection once more. This 'war', it was safe to say that at the moment she was winning. Things with her daughter and her little lover boy seemed to be going really well. That fact didn't seem to be changing any time soon. Even more so with the twins to be born soon.
Though as great as it felt to be winning, she wanted this thing to end. For two powerful gods to be focusing on such a small manor compared to everything else...well it was rather sad really. If she had her way, it would end...or it would get as close to that as it could...:right here and now. Sadly that didn't seem like it would happen any time soon. If there was one things all the gods were, it was stubborn. Area would no sooner be willing to give up than she.
Ared wasn't her main concern at the moment and it was because of that very reason that she hadn't tried to find him. Zeus and Hera were having issue(when wasn't that the case.) apparently marriage counseling hadn't gone well at all. Again it wasn't something that surprised her. It wasn't their relationship that she was worried about per se...it was Hera. Aphrodite was rather tired of the woman, they way she seemed to think she was better than everyone else and more importantly the way she looked down upon Aphrodite herself.
Hera was on Earth, playing with her little mortal. A fact that seemed to be happening quite a bit lately. It was innocent enough, but Aphrodite knew how the man felt about Hera, and this would do anything but please the king of the gods. She smiled to herself, playing with her hair a bit. This was going to work...it just had to. Hera simply despised her husband's affairs..and who better for him to sleep with than one of the few goddess that could revile him in how much he fooled around.
Moving away from the mirror, it took five minute for her to get outside. Now that she was...she needed to find the god that she was looking for, not that she really had much of an idea where to look. That didn't bother her...she did have plenty of time. Tucking a loose strand of Jair from out of her face, she pursed her lips and considering just where to go first.
