MYHAIR: Khloe’s hair is a light blonde, a few shades lighter than the more golden color of her sisters’ hair. It is very soft and fine, and usually curls loosely at the end if she lets it air-dry. When she blow-dries her hair, it is straighter and a bit more voluminous.
MYEYES: Khloe’s eyes are a light green color, though not quite as bright or vivid as her sister Kayla’s. They are green enough to avoid being mistaken for hazel, though.
MYFACE: Khloe has a sweet little heart-shaped face, with youthfully round cheeks and a slightly pointed chin. Her lower lip is a bit thicker than her thin upper lip, but she doesn’t mind it so much. Her face is pretty, with a more adorable feel to it than a sexy one.
MYBODY: Khloe’s body is almost fully developed at her age of seventeen. She is on the short side and has a small frame to go with it, and her friends always tease her playfully about “not weighing anything.” As slim and slight as her figure is, it does have feminine curves to it. ABOUTME: Khloe is the beacon of hope for the Crooks family after her two older sisters disappeared. She’s a junior in high school, and she’s at the top of her class. She’s smart and cute and good at softball – she’s been playing shortstop ever since she was seven and throughout middle school she could hit a ball farther than any boy her age. She’s creative as well – she loves crafts, and her favorite venue is that of jewelry. Most of Khloe’s jewelry are things that she’s made, and her favorite thing to make is necklaces made of hemp and beads. The closest person to her is her little brother, Kaden, whom she looks out for fiercely. She is a passionate environmentalist, and a vegetarian, and she hates all the big industries and commercialized ways of life that are ruining the planet. Her outspokenness gets her into trouble at times, but even then she earns the pride of her parents. Khloe is a bit naïve and too easily trusting, and that can get her into trouble as well.

Kevin Crooks – Khloe’s very much older brother, and eldest sibling, who moved out to start his own life a couple of years after she was born. She sees him occasionally.
Kayla Crooks – Khloe’s eldest sister, who was kidnapped just a few months after Khloe was born. Khloe doesn’t remember her at all.
Kenzi Crooks – The closest sibling to Khloe, both age-wise and relationship-wise. Khloe adores her sister and looked up to her a lot, and she was brokenhearted when Kenzi disappeared as well.
Kaden Crooks – Khloe’s little brother, whom she became fiercely protective of after Kenzi’s disappearance.

IMPORTANTPEEPS: Paige Ryder – Khloe’s best friend since second grade. She’s been first baseman to Khloe’s shortstop for as long as Khloe can remember, and they’ve just been best buds ever since.
OTHERHALF: Colby Jack – a cute, shy kid in Khloe’s grade with fiery red hair and freckles. She likes him, and she knows he likes her, but he’s too timid to do much of anything about it. The most they’ve done is hold hands and kiss one another’s cheeks, but while it’s not what you would expect for seventeen-year-olds, for now that’s just fine with Khloe.
THEPETS: Jackson – a chocolate Labrador that Khloe and Kenzi received as a present the Christmas after Simba passed away. He was just as said as Khloe was when Kenzi disappeared, and now he’s like her own dog.
GOODMEMORY: Khloe's best memory was probably when her petition for recycle bins in classrooms was passed. It was the biggest thing that she's ever done by herself, and she loved that feeling of accomplishment. She's proud of every last bin.
BADMEMORY: Khloe’s worst memory was easily the day that her sister Kenzi went missing. Khloe’s memory flashed back to stories she’d heard of her oldest sister, Kayla, and her disappearance. She was so afraid that that was what had happened to Kenzi, and her fears certainly became realities.
HISTORY: Khloe was born to a happy family who loved children. She was the fourth child to be born to Jason and Holly Crooks, and the third daughter. Just a few months after Khloe was born, though, her oldest sister Kayla was kidnapped. Khloe doesn’t remember anything about that night, because she was still too young, though at the time she was terrified and crying.

Khloe grew up feeling very close to her sister Kenzi. Kenzi was always there to protect Khloe if she needed it, and even sometimes if she didn’t. Kevin beat up on them a bit, and there were days when Khloe swore she hated his guts, but on other days he was the most awesome brother, and those days were the most fun for Khloe. Kayla’s puppy, Simba, was just a baby at the same time that Khloe was, so she got to grow up with them and the two got along wonderfully. Simba was always very gentle with the child, even as a puppy, and Khloe has always loved dogs because of him. When she was three, the family expanded with a new baby boy, Kaden. Khloe was a bit jealous of him at first, until Kenzi explained that that was just the way babies worked, and that Kenzi had felt the same way when Khloe was a baby. Khloe didn’t mind him so much after that, even if he was still annoying to the young girl.

She learned to read a little bit before kindergarten, so she was always ahead of everyone in her class. Khloe was a natural academic and was at the top of her class all through elementary school. In second grade she discovered another hobby – softball. She tried out and received not only the position of shortstop, but her new friend Paige. Paige played first baseman on Khloe’s team, and while she went to a different school, both girls begged Mrs. Ryder to let Paige transfer. The next summer, Paige switched to Khloe’s school, and Khloe couldn’t have been happier, until she reached fourth grade. Simba was growing old by that time, and eventually died in his sleep. Khloe, who had grown up with the dog, wept for weeks over his death. She eventually began to get over it, but wasn’t truly happy until the family got another puppy for Christmas, a chocolate Labrador named Jackson. Khloe loves him dearly, and thinks of him as one of her best friends.

As Khloe went through middle school, she retained her high GPA. She continued playing softball and got into jewelry-making, as well as politics. She became a strict vegetarian and an activist against industrialization and consumerism in an effort to save the planet. She marched in parades, participated in rallies, and even got a petition going in her school to get recycle bins in every classroom. She graduated eighth grade and, in her freshman year, met a boy named Colby. He was shy, but he was cute, and Khloe liked him a lot. It turned out that he liked her too, though he was too timid too do much about it. He was quiet and conservative, perhaps even a bit of a prude, but Khloe didn’t mind because he made her happy without making out with her every chance he got or fucking her in the backseat of his car. Paige was an ever-loyal friend. Khloe’s future couldn’t have been brighter.

Of course, tragedy had to strike. When Khloe was a sophomore in high school, her sister and close friend Kenzi didn’t come home one day. Khloe immediately remembered the day when she had learned about her older sister Kayla, and how she had disappeared when Khloe was just a baby. Khloe was afraid that whatever had happened to Kayla had also happened to Kenzi, and it seemed her fears were to come true. Kenzi never returned. Kayla was brokenhearted, and her grades dropped. Everyone tried to cheer her up, but she couldn’t be consoled. Jackson never left her side for the entire time she was mourning, and still rarely leaves her side now.

Khloe managed to get her grades back up and still wants to finish high school with a 4.0 GPA. She misses her sister terribly, but just as Kenzi had to go on without Kayla, so Khloe has to go on without Kenzi. She’s very protective of her younger brother, Kaden. Her parents are protective of them both, and while it’s annoying at times, Khloe knows why. She wants desperately to find her sisters and she hopes that they are at least together. But as much as she wants to find them, she’s afraid that that will only happen when whatever thing took them away comes back for her, too…
