The wording of the history kind of seemed wrong to me, as it didn't seem your usual writing style. Copying and pasting the first paragraph into google it came up word for word on multiple sites. The history needs to be original and written by you. You also gave no background history on her childhood or anything. But since it's plagiarized, after discussing it with the other staff members we've decided to DENY this application.
